Its pouring buckets full of rain outside but we hardly notice all warm and dry in our toasty studio there they furnaces have been running day and night! Hot glass working has its advantages in winter that’s undeniable!! Work wise as well..it has been pouring! Creating samples for a lite glass sculpture for a new Las Vegas Hotel, finishing up on collection of large bowls for Encore, designing an artistic chandelier for a soon to open spa, working on a design with a client for their second Domsky Glass Painting!!!! Thank you Glass Gods from above…We do love life in our studio!!!

Yesterday we had a visit from two very cool people. They had seen a glass sculpture of ours a while back and where inspired to purchase their first art piece for their home. This being something new to them, they took their time to make this decision, and understandably so. We invited them to our studio to meet with us and to see for themselves how we produce our work. During their visit, they were taken by a completely different glass sculpture than the one that had first inspired them, so they purchased it and commissioned a second piece; a glass panel( or as I call them “Glass Painting”). We love to inspire with our art. We love to connect with people and know that our art connects with them as well. Large or small…. creating ART IS OUR PASSION. We are always grateful and appreciative of the opportunity to do so. Many thanks to your new friends from California for taking the time to visit us and for giving us the opportunity to create a special and unique art piece for your home. Nothing gives us more pleasure!

Wow, can you believe it, another year gone?! We are ready for a fresh year. positive direct and lots of glass work! Bring it on 2010! We at Domsky Glass are starting on a few new projects; A large scale installation for Vegas PBS and one for Stupak Community Center. Also ahead, a large lit glass sculpture for the Cosmopolitan Hotel and starting on McCarran International Airport (very large scale projects x 2!!). In addition, gallery sales are flowing again! We have also launched our awards division for corporations and organizations presentation, recognition and thank you gifts! In 2010 we hit the ground running!! Happy New Year to all!!!
